Lesson for the Day: If you don't want others to make fun of you, don't give them a reason to.

Conversation of two of my friends from work: (the dialogues are done on Y!m)

Girl 1: "Girl, girl, look at your katabi (seatmate). Look at where his hand is."

*Girl 2 looks at officemate beside her*

Girl 2: "Oh my God! He's scratching his kili-kili (armpit)!"

Girl 1: "Nope, that wasn't there before. His hand was inside his pants."

Girl 2: "Eww. Look. Now he's making kulangot (taking booger out of the nose)!"

The story sounds better when you actually hear it and see the...err...choreography. LOL. And this is one of the reasons why I love going to work.

Anyway, [info]chibi_boom, I'm taking back that offer of downloading what you can't download because of limited time. They don't install USB drivers on the PCs at the pantry. T.T Just when I thought I was in heaven...whoops, back down to earth. XD

I'm taking time off work for two weeks. The next time I'll be seen there is on the 28th of May, on the outing day. LOL. I just came back for the excursion. XD

[info]sorceressran has uploaded all of our videos from the Ongaku Rewind. The audience participation with that performance of Total Eclipse of the Heart totally blew me away. Hahaha. If you have time, check out our multiply account. XD

WARNING! TAGALOG RANT. Friends in my f-list who are not Filipino, please ignore. >_<

Bwiset. And yes, for the record, hindi ako galit sa iyo, naaasar lang ako sa iyo. May kaibahan.

end Rant.

ENGLISH POST STARTS HERE.

I will be talking about the Ongaku Rewind event in another post, probably tomorrow. That's only 'cause I don't want the details of such a great event to be in the same post with a rant about a certain annoying person. The gig was great, and I've never seen a more engaging audience than the one last Saturday night. I hope the next Ongaku event is as enjoyable as this one. Great theme, by the way. XD

My two cents?

1) Someone had to say it.
2) Whatever. It's not like anyone reads it, dude.
3) If you're going to be haughty, then please do it in the confines of your own mind. No one cares to hear/see it anyway.

It's my bro's birthday today, and my best friend's birthday yesterday. So even if those guys won't be able to see this:

Happy Birthday JAHREN and AISSA!!

I've recently downloaded Kite, an H-movie from the same maker of Mezzo Forte. It's really great. It's rare that they make hentai that can stand on its own even if it wasn't hentai (it's the only reason I dl-ed it). The action is great (especially for Mezzo Forte). Character development is great. Even the romance is great (this is for Kite). Thanks to [info]kalabull for burning me a copy of Mezzo Forte. I'd really recommend this for mature girls and guys (but you wouldn't need me recommending this, do you?) out there. Hahaha.

tRANCE will be the opening number for Ozine Fest 2007! Please come and support us. XD

Manga for the Week:

Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu (ch 4)
Rating: 10
The last page of this chapter sent shivers down my spine, literally. Gaah, I hope the scanlators release this regularly.

Cat Street
Rating:9
From the mangaka of Hana Yori Dango comes this slice of life (still not so romance) story. It's a great read. Highly recommended, even for those who aren't fans of the mangaka.

Baby Love
Rating:9
Finally!! An update! It's been so long. It's still great, this manga, and I'm having lots of fun reading this. To the people whom I gave a copy of this: READ NOW! XD

This song is SERIOUSLY haunting me. Everywhere I go it seems to play on random nearby radios. The bus, the train (yes, MRT has its own radio station), at work (on some TL's pc or somebody's iPod), MY OWN HOUSE, etc. And so, I have been totally defeated by Nina. I downloaded the song just to get rid of that annoying LSS. And typical of me, I am now enjoying it. LOLZ.

I'm finding myself enjoying random songs (old and new ones) that I hear on the radio. I usually take note of them so I can download them when I get back home, but I end up forgetting. Yay for short-term memory.

I'm going to be working from 5am 'til 10am on Wednesday. I am gonna be SO DEAD if I don't get up on time. We have to go to Cabanatuan to get our costumes done, and we'll be back on the same day. We are seriously screwing with our bodies. [info]sisteena has a class on a major subject at 7am on Thursday, [info]sorceressran still has to finish random reports, and I have work at 6am. We have to get the costumes done before April 1. The costumes are... a secret. Hahaha. XD

So just a little plugging:

OZINE FEST 2007!

GET A CHANCE TO WIN A NINTENDO WII!

Lots of other exciting prizes and freebies for event participants!

April 1 at the SM Megamall Megatrade Hall. Tickets are at Php100 each. Available now at the UP AME tambayan. This is DEFINITELY going to be a BLAST!
tRANCE will be performing again after a 3-month break, so please come and support us! We'll be doing some surprise numbers and a request from the organizer. ^_^

Wai wai~! Wii~! MUST. GET. WII. Lolz, must win raffle. Seriously, the organizers have been planning this since last year. You guys HAVE to come. Or you'll be missing out on a really great event. SEE YOU THERE!! Chuu~ :-*

Shet. As in work, bahay, kain, tulog, work, bahay, kain, tulog lang ginagawa ko. Hahaha. Natuwa ako kasi pine-praise ako ng TL namin for being genki. Fangirls have their advantages talaga.

Hay, naasar ako sa work kanina. Tang-ina ang tanga ng sistema. Grr.

And yes, kahit tanga ang sistema sa work, may mga maganda pa rin nangyayari. Like, dumating na yung second half nung team namin. And guess what. THEY'RE MOSTLY GOOD-LOOKING GUYS. Yung team namin ang oasis ng account. Hehehe. Ang lozar ko talaga, but I've earned it.

LOL.

Haaay. Wala akong oras ngayon. Buong linggo ko sa trabaho nailalaan.

Anyway, inaantok na ko. Kaya tinamad na rin akong mag-Ingles. Pota, puno na yung 250gig kong external. Kailangan ko na talagang mag-burn. Hay. Ang daming ko ding papanoorin pang anime. Parang kulang oras. Hahaha. Feeling complicated ang buhay ng lola mo.

Manga for the Week:

Naruto (ch345)
Rating: 8
- I think there's hope for Sasuke yet. Sana.

Punch (ch05)
Rating: 10
- [info]utakalabasa, same author ito ng H3. Hilarious. A must-read.

Angel Diary (v04 ch02)
Rating: 9
- Korean manhwa. Nice storyline. XD

LOOOL. What with everything that's happened, it's no wonder I've got such a stiff body right now. And after everything is over and done with, I will not say something like: "Ang saya ng Matsuri.". That is such an understatement.

SOOOOOOOBRANG SAYA NG MATSURI!!!! WHOO HOOO!!!

Kudos to all members who worked their backs (and feet) off to make this event "very very successful" (quoted from a sponsor). No one will ever truly know how we ran until our feet were blistered, cried until our eyes were puffy (this is actually just for [info]chibi_boom, haha. XD), shouted until our voices were hoarse, etc. etc. for this event to run as smoothly as it did (though some not as smoothly as we wanted, but what the hell, panalo pa rin!).

Arrived at the venue at 9:30am. Also started drinking (yes, literally glugging) Pei Pa Koa at 9:30am, while struggling to keep my voice from getting hoarse (or hoarser than it already is) and juggling the sponsors' needs. Started my roaming shift (I think I may have been the one person--other than [info]chibi_boom--to have the roaming shift the entire day) at exactly 1pm. Hello, blisters! Chased random street kids away from the right gate. Looked all over the venue for missing security guards. Dropped by the sponsors' booths from time to time to ask if everything was fine and if they needed anything else. Became random errand girl for [info]chibi_boom and [info]utakalabasa. Collected the balance from some booth renters. Collected money from the food booths.

PHEW.

Thank you to:

1) Our sponsors, for making so much money in our event. LOOOOL. Joke. Thank you for enjoying yourselves as much as you did and making my job at the event a whole lot easier than I thought it'd be (though it was still hard). One big THANK YOU to Dennis Uy. Salamat sa lahat ng tulong mo, friend. Hahaha!

Thank you to (Sirs) Patrick, Alwyn, Dennis (T.), Raymond, BJ, Aquino, and Archie, who all said "Ok tong event niyo! Next year ulet!". Haha, too bad I cannot promise the same event next year (that's for the GA to decide, and we still want to savor the matsuri's success). Also, thank you for the early Christmas gifts I received. Haha, the perks of a MarCom Head. Post the pics of my stuffies later. XD Thanks to Maam Leslie and Maam Day.

Thank you to peeps of Ongaku Society (hehe, chismosa-mates XD), talkpinoy/illust, 7mi, Soul Society Phils., and Read or Die Convention. No thank you to TS Online. LOL. (- will upload sponsor booth pics later. XD)

Pahabol. Thank you to E-A-G (thanks to [info]michikat who coined the code. LOL), who practically made my day. Thank you for being so thick faced and giving me a chance to send your alipores away with a grin on my face. I'm not sorry you had to drag your huge-ass van and your huge-ass equipment back to where they belonged without even so much as one used roll of film. I expect that will be the last time I ever see (or hear) you professionally (if we're not invited to meetings anymore), and I say good riddance. ;P

2) Sasa ([info]luinthoniel), for sharing the stress and for being the working machine that you are. I now love you to death. To the MarCom peeps who were always at my beck and call when I needed you, thank you soooo much. To the AME peeps who kept encouraging me, thank you. (Parang nanalo sa beauty pageant, LOL.)

3) tRANCE ([info]sisteena and [info]sorceressran), for bearing with me when there were times I was so busy (or ill) that we couldn't practice. I know there are people who are scoffing at us and speaking ill of us for what we do, but I say to hell with them. They don't know how much effort and money we put into practices and preparation for our performances, so they don't have any right to say anything. Even though our voices were hoarse from overuse and our faces were dripping with perspiration, we were still able to perform, though not as good as we would have liked for our own event (nagkamali ako, hahaha! Panalo!). I think we did a pretty good job, by the way, despite having to juggle acads (only for you two), matsuri and other org work, practice, and (for the past few days) coughs, colds, and sore throats. Hah! Let those people bashing us try to do that! So, for all that, thank you.

4) [info]utakalabasa, for telling me to be the better person. I've thought about it, and yeah, maybe I will.

EVERYONE WHO CAME TO THE EVENT, THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!

This ends my post. On a side note, while watching the fireworks, I was actually chanting the price for them inside my head. But I say IT WAS WORTH IT. Hehe. We were the first to actually do that, and I'm happy. XD

P.S. I forgot my envelope (the one containing my contracts, yung brown envelope na nakalagay sa plastic envelope) sa AME Booth. May nakakita ba? @_@ Sana may nag-uwi. Huhu. Also, yung tarp ng RoDcon. Thanks.

Here at Cabanatuan. I AM LAUGHING SO HARD RIGHT NOW. Hoy [info]chibi_jaja, pota naman oh. Akala ko naman kung ano na. Hesus Marya Hosep, puro kabobohan. Hahaha! Panalooooooo!!!

To those of you who can relate, please don't worry about me. It's ok, since it's just somewhere a bunch of cowards who don't actually do anything productive in their life congregate and well...promulgate. Panalo lang yung isa. Hahaha, obvious kasi na kilala niya ako eh, or at least kilala niya ko by face. LOOOOL. Duwag. Haha. Ok lang, as I always say, Bad Publicity is still Publicity. Sana magpunta nga silang Matsuri so they "can bitch slap us", and I'll show them how to really bitch slap someone. LOL. Also, let them sing for a change.

Anyway, I've got sooooo much in my mind right now to even think about such stupid things. I've still some k to collect. Huhu. 4 days until the Matsuri. Punta po tayong lahat! XD

EDIT: I think this is just a personal vendetta of someone who more or less hates me (and/or tRANCE). LOL. It's not just my ugliness anymore (which I may admit depending on the pic, hahaha) or tRANCE's sucky performances (which I may admit again, depending on the event; but we're humans aren't we? we're allowed to make mistakes, aren't we?). Although what they say is hurtful (or rather pretty annoying), I just wanna laugh it off and pass it up as an overly cowardly way of showing me (and/or us) that they hate my (and/or our) guts. Hahaha.

One thing though. Quoted from a post there from someone called sage:

after this, she may want to keep whatever's left of her dignity and not show up at the event XD

LOOOOL. Dude, don't bet your ass on it. This is the event that I've spent half my time, money, and my whole effort on this year. I'm not gonna get wussed out of OUR event by petty comments from totally lozar people like you. At least I've got a life. Proof: I don't go to 4chan. Period. LOL.

(BTW, I'm not sorry to those who are offended.) :P
